  The Great Chef's of Shanghai Gala Lunches gives your hotel or restaurant the chance to demonstrate their culinary skills and excellence in front of a wide range of industry leaders and peers.


  • The Great Chefs Gala Lunches will take place from 11.30am to 1.30pm, Weds 18th & Thurs 19th Nov 2009 at FHC China 2009.
  • Guests are invited from China's ‘Premium Hospitality' industry including General Managers, Executive Chef's, F&B Directors, industry decision makers & VIP's.
  • The Gala Lunches includes 5 courses as follows:
  • Tray Passed Cocktails
  • Appetizer
  • Main
  • Dessert
  • Coffee, Tea & Pralines
  • Full set up, waiter service and table decoration will be provided.
  • 8 hotels/restaurants will be invited. Entries will be divided into 2 teams. 4 hotels/restaurants per team catering for 5 tables of 10 pax
         each.
  • All food should be prepared as for “Outside Catering”. Plating to be completed onsite with crockery provided. A full array of serving,
         each.warming, refrigeration & washing facilities will be provided onsite.
  • All ingredients will be sponsored and hotels/restaurants are invited to provide their chef's without charge.
  • All participating hotels/restaurants will receive 5 seats each to allocate to their own senior management and VIP's.
  • here is NO COST to enter The Great Chef's of Shanghai Gala Lunch.
