ARTISTIC
Class 5: Vegetable-Carving (Taro) (Live)
Class 6: Individual Ice Carving (Live)
INDIVIDUAL SHOW PLATE
Class 7: Western Three Course Menu (Pre-made)
Class 8: 4 Plated Western Appetizers (Pre-made)
JUNIOR CHEF CATEGORY (MUST BE UNDER 28 YEARS OLD)
Class 9: 2 Plated Desserts (Live)
Class 10: Chocolate Cake Decoration (Live)
Class 11: Beef Cooking (Live Cooking)
Class 12: Spring Chicken (Live Cooking)
