    China's leading International Culinary Arts Competition returns for its 11th successful edition, taking place 18 to 20 November at FHC China 2009.


  •   The International Culinary Arts Competition will attract some 250 chefs from China and overseas competing over the following categories:
      Class 1: Bread Competition (Pre-made)
    Class 2: Three-Tier Wedding Cake (Pre-made)
    Class 3: Buffet Showpiece (Pre-made)
    Class 4: 2 Plated Desserts –Surprise ingredients (Live)

    ARTISTIC
    Class 5: Vegetable-Carving (Taro) (Live)
    Class 6: Individual Ice Carving (Live)

    INDIVIDUAL SHOW PLATE
    Class 7: Western Three Course Menu (Pre-made)
    Class 8: 4 Plated Western Appetizers (Pre-made)

    JUNIOR CHEF CATEGORY (MUST BE UNDER 28 YEARS OLD)
    Class 9: 2 Plated Desserts (Live)
    Class 10: Chocolate Cake Decoration (Live)
    Class 11: Beef Cooking (Live Cooking)
    Class 12: Spring Chicken (Live Cooking)
    Class 13: Salmon Fillet (Live Cooking)
