  Organised by the Shanghai Cuisine Association
  A live cooking and pre-made competition for the best Chinese and international Chefs to prove their skills to a panel of international judges. The 2007 competition attracted 300 chefs from 4 & 5 star hotels and restaurants across China.

Gold Card Wine Day
 

Want to meet wine suppliers and not sure what day to visit? 4th December has been designated the Gold Card Wine Day and will include tasting by top importers in the Hall 2, Gold Card Wine Area, plus food matching and displays of wines from Australia, Chile, Cyprus, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, New Zealand, and Spain.
