FHC China International Culinary Arts Competition

The 22nd FHC China International Culinary Arts Competition will be hold in November 10-12th, 2020 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. This competition has been successfully held at the FHC for 21 sessions, and it is the only certified intercontinental culinary competition in China by the World Chefs Federation (WACS).

3rd FHC CHINA INTERNATIONAL YOUNG CHEFS BLACK BOX CHALLENGE

The China International Young Chef Black Box Challenge is an international team cooking competition. It has been succeed to held for 2 sessions. Young chefs from home and abroad will be invited to participate, and a numbers of outstanding senior judges from the World Association of Chefs will be given tasting points to select outstanding teams.
