Competition Introduction

The 22nd FHC China International Culinary Arts Competition will be hold in November 10-12th, 2020 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. This competition has been successfully held at the FHC for 21 sessions, and it is the only certified intercontinental culinary competition in China by the World Chefs Federation (WACS). Its purpose is to train young chefs and strengthen the development of Chinese Western food. This also means that the event has become the most gold-filled cooking competition event.

Looking back on 2020, 359 contestants attended Individual Competition, with 465 participants. There is total 40 gold medals, 98 silver medals and 132 bronze medals were produced in 18 Chinese and Western food competitions. The organizer specially invited 97 professional judges to joined in and scoring: 56 Western Judges and 41 Chinese Judges.
