Event Introduction

As a certified international A-level event by the World Association of Chefs ‘ Societies, the FHC China International Culinary Arts Competition is celebrating its 25th anniversary. This is not only a moment of celebration, but also an important milestone in the development of Western cuisine in China. This year, the event has received particularly strong support from the Aussie Beef & Lamb , and together they are launching the – 2025 FHC Aussie Meat Butchers Challenge.
