As a vital component of FHC Shanghai Global Food Trade Show, the FHC GOLDEN APPLE AWARD aims to recognize outstanding enterprises and individuals in the global food and beverage industry, promoting industry development and innovation. Winning brands or individuals will be honored during the opening ceremony of the 28th FHC Shanghai Global Food Trade Show. Through our insights into the global food and beverage landscape, we strive to ensure exceptional products and brands gain visibility within the industry and among consumers.

Award Rights
1. Product display of award-winning brands: A product exhibition area will be set up at the award ceremony site, where the products/works of the award-winning enterprises and individuals can all be displayed.
2. Trophies and Certificates: The winning enterprises/individuals will receive a set of specially designed FHC Golden Apple trophies and certificates.
3. Media promotion for award-winning enterprises/individuals: The list of award-winning enterprises/individuals will be announced on multiple media platforms including the FHC official website and public account.
4. Culinary Industry Conference Forum: Winning brands and individuals will have the opportunity to participate in the 2025 FHC International Catering &Chef Industry Conference and become speakers.
5. Priority matching of cooperation demands: FHC has always been committed to creating more efficient resource exchange opportunities for both supply and demand sides in the industry. For instance, in terms of business matching, it will give priority to recommending award-winning enterprises for demand matching.
The Process and Method of Participating in the Award Evaluation
1. Exhibitors or sponsors of the FHC2025, please contact your account manager to obtain the award application form and submit relevant materials. The selection preparation team will contact you within 3 working days to confirm whether your materials are complete.
2. For non-exhibitors or event sponsors who wish to participate in the award selection, please contact the selection preparation team at (86) 021-3339 2233.
3.The deadline for submitting materials for the 2025 FHC Golden Apple Award is September 20th.
