COMPETITION INTRODUCTION

The 23rd FHC China International Culinary Arts Competition will be held at the same time as the 25th FHC Shanghai Global Food Trade Show from November 9-11, 2021. The event was organized by Shanghai Sinoexpo Informa Markets International Exhibition Co., Ltd., and was the only officially certified the international Level-A event by World Association of Chefs' Societies, and was also awarded by the Shanghai Restaurants Cuisine Association, Shenzhen Cuisine Association, and Jilin Cuisine Culture Research Association, Changchun Association of Hotels, Restaurants and Cuisine Business Catering, and Shaanxi Cuisine Industry Association, and Tibet Cooking Meal Restallrant Traoe Association of Autonomous Region are strongly supported by various associations.

COMPETITION STRUCTURE

FHC International Western Cuisine Challenge, FHC International Chinese Cuisine Challenge, FHC International Pastry Challenge, FHC International Bakery Challenge and FHC International Young Chefs Challenge is 5 competition categories that belongs to the FHC China International Culinary Arts Competition. According to the rules of the World Chefs Federation and awarded the WACS-certified medals and certificates.

Looking back on 2020, 359 contestants attended Individual Competition, with 465 participants. There is total 40 gold medals, 98 silver medals and 132 bronze medals were produced in 18 Chinese and Western food competitions. The organizer specially invited 97 professional judges to joined in and scoring: 56 Western Judges and 41 Chinese Judges.

Looking back on 2020, 105 contestants attended Pastry & Bakery Competition, with 124 participants. There is total 19 gold medals,18 silver medals and 21 bronze medals were produced in 8 competition categories,. The organizer specially invited 77professional judges to joined in and scoring.
