Over 220 products will be exhibited at the European Pavilion with a special focus on products protected as geographical indications (GIs) and organic products the EU’s own quality certification system to protect products unique to specific regions and their traditional production methods, in a series of product-oriented sessions and live cooking shows featured by our star chefs Fabio Falanga and Jonny Gu.

We are delighted to announce the participation of the European Union (EU) Pavilion at FHC Shanghai 2025 exhibition (N3D31) in the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC), from 12 to 14 November.

As part of its ‘Irresistible Europe, Countless Combinations’ campaign, the EU is promoting the excellence of fine European food and beverage products in China. The European Union Pavilion will offer visitors an unforgettable experience while introducing them to the safety, quality, authenticity and sustainability of a wide variety of European food and beverage products from the 27 Member States.

The agenda of events for the three days of the EU Pavilion at FHC Shanghai 2025 will be packed with product tastings, cooking shows and product workshops that will present the excellence of food and beverages from the EU.

Permanent tasting sessions will be offered at the pavilion each day, with EU products available for sampling, including:

• Olive oil
• Processed cereals and pasta
• Wines, spirits, and beers
• Dairy, in particular selected hard cheeses, baby milk powders
• Fresh and processed meat products, particularly pig meat and poultry meat
• Infant food
• Confectionery
• Fruit and vegetables
