Since its inaugural edition in 1998, the competition has remained steadfast to its founding mission: to provide a platform for culinary students and professionals passionate about cooking to hone their skills and exchange ideas. It is dedicated to nurturing young culinary talents while advancing the development of Western cuisine in China, creating a harmonious blend of Eastern and Western culinary cultures and fostering collaborative success. Through the dedicated guidance of the competition committee and with widespread recognition from participants and industry stakeholders, the event has evolved from a regional contest into an A-grade international competition.
