Admission process
Epidemic prevention measures
■All service providers / exhibitors sign the letter of commitment on epidemic prevention to ensure the implementation of self inspection in advance;
■ Online reservation, certificate management and other measures to implement the real name admission system for all participants in the event;
■ Strictly implement health code inspection, body temperature detection and other monitoring work on site, so that personnel can be traced;
■ Strengthen the overall planning of space, maintain a safe distance for booth setting, and control the personnel density at the event site;
■ Arrange special personnel to monitor the crowd gathering on site in real time to ensure that all emergency channels are unblocked;
■ Strengthen the publicity of epidemic prevention and control knowledge for all participants.
Epidemic prevention Q & A tips
1. All visitors must monitor their health before participating in the exhibition to ensure that
① I and my close contacts can come to Shanghai only if they have no symptoms such as fever, cough, fatigue and diarrhea.
② Personnel who have been to key areas shall be isolated for 14 days before participating in the exhibition.
(3) before going to Shanghai, it is necessary to make good personal health declaration and generate green Shanghai QR Code (which can be handled through WeChat’s “Shanghai QR Code” or Alipay “Health Code”).
2. All exhibitors and participants should stay in regular hotels that meet health and epidemic prevention conditions. During the exhibition period, public places with dense flow of people outside the exhibition site should not be removed as far as possible. Wear masks, wash hands frequently, keep social distance, and consciously abide by the exhibition hall and local epidemic prevention regulations.
3. All personnel entering the exhibition hall must complete online real name registration before the exhibition.
1. Temporary immigrants must provide nucleic acid test report and release notice, show their passports and take photos before entering the exhibition area. Foreigners residing in China must apply for the registration code in advance before the exhibition, and show the original passport and green registration code on site before entering the exhibition area. Personnel without green Shanghai QR Code are not allowed to enter the exhibition hall.
