Event Introduction

The 2023 FHC China International Pastry and Bakery Competition is a personal competition under the China International Culinary Art Competition that focuses on desserts and baking. This year’s baking and dessert competition focuses more on the category of being friendly to the people, while simple events can highlight the contestants’ basic skills, creativity, and ability to improve and upgrade. Swiss rolls and pound cakes, made by Shuffley, and chocolate lava cakes have all been popular basic styles in desserts in recent years. How to make them unique and unique depends on the players’ performance.

Competition Structure

The FHC International Western Culinary Challenge, FHC International Chinese Culinary Challenge, FHC International Western Pastry Challenge, and FHC International Western Baking Challenge are part of the FHC China International Culinary Art Competition. They are judged according to the rules of the World Association of Chefs’ Societies (WACS) and awarded certificates and medals certified by the WACS.
