World Association of Chinese Cuisine – 2021FHC global young chefs online cooking competition

Event introduction

The FHC China international culinary art competition will join hands with the World Association of Chinese cuisine (WACS) to add the 【World Federation of chefs – 2021 FHC global young chefs online cooking competition】competition project, so as to provide a new online competition platform for young chefs from all over the world who failed to come to the competition site and help the World Federation of chefs in its global anti epidemic action.
This competition aims to encourage and improve the cooking skills of young chefs, so that young players can fully show themselves in a competitive environment with their peers, and provide an opportunity to show their talents and creativity on the international stage. With deep respect for the value and tradition of delicious food and elegant banquet, the organizing committee encourages and supports young chefs all over the world to improve themselves through this online competition.
The scoring structure of this competition is divided into offline scoring and online scoring according to the competition rules of the Federation: offline scoring is mainly measured by on-site hygiene, preparation before production and dish taste; Online scoring will be judged from two dimensions: the presentation of dishes and the use of raw materials. The offline score accounts for 70 points and the online score accounts for 30 points. After two rounds of scoring offline, the players will be awarded medals according to the scores obtained. 100 points are excellent gold, 90-99 points are gold, 80-89 points are silver and 70-79 points are bronze.

Competition structure

FHC international Western cooking challenge, FHC International Chinese cooking challenge, FHC international Western dessert challenge, FHC international Western baking challenge and China International young chef challenge are subordinate to FHC China international cooking art competition. They are judged according to the competition rules of the world chef Federation, and awarded the award certificates and medals certified by the world chef Federation.

Looking back on 2021, 516 players signed up for the Chinese and Western food individual competition, with 673 times. In 21 Chinese and Western food competitions, 50 gold medals, 99 silver medals and 141 bronze medals were produced. The organizer specially invited nearly 100 referees to comment on the scene.

Looking back on 2021, 189 players signed up for the baking competition, 214 times. In eight dessert baking competitions, 22 gold medals, 19 silver medals and 40 bronze medals were produced. The organizer specially invited nearly 70 referees to comment on the scene.
