Event Introduction

The 25th FHC China International Culinary Arts Competition is hosted by Shanghai Sinoexpo Informa Markets International Exhibition Co., Ltd. and has been officially certified as an A-level international event by the World Association of Chefs’ Societies. Since its first launch in 1998, the FHC China International Culinary Arts Competition has always adhered to its original aspiration, providing a competitive platform for students or chefs who love cooking and are passionate about it to exchange skills and communicate with each other. It aims to enhance and cultivate young chefs, and further promote and strengthen the development of Western cuisine in China, integrating Chinese and Western culinary cultures for mutual benefit and win-win cooperation. Under the joint guidance of the teachers from the event organizing committee and the high recognition and attention of the contestants and all sectors of society, it has leaped from A world-class event to an A-level international competition, elevating the event to a professional Beijing cuisine competition of a higher standard and level. This also means that the event has become an international cooking competition with extremely high value.
